Welcome to the guidance for 2024 2nd round admitted students. Please find below further processes and schedules and ensure to review the detailed information provided in the attached files.

1. Indiana University (IU): online application, academic records, English tests 

This is the procedure for enrollment processing at Indiana University for incoming students. Although the admission results remain unchanged, these are mandatory steps for enrollment.

- Completion of TOEFL iBT or IELTS test: Until April 30, 2024 

- Submission of IU online application: Until May 13, 2024
- Submission of original academic records by post mail: Until May 30, 2024
* Important: Must be sent directly from the graduating university to IU

2. Sungkyunkwan University: Overseas Education and Citizenship Holders 
Deadline: Until July 15, 2024 

- Apostille (or Consular Certificate) for overseas education

- Overseas Citizenship Holders (if the applicant and parents hold foreign citizenships)

 1) Color copy of passport for applicants and parents 

 2) Official family relationship certificate
   (If not in English or Korean, English notarization is mandatory)

3. Term 1 Tuition Payment 

1) Payment Period: June 20th ~ June 25th, 2024

2) The tuition includes course fees and lunch expenses during the immersions. (Students pay for all other expenses individually)
3) For company-sponsored students, SKK GSB will send official letters to the HR Dept. in advance. 

- 2024 ~ 2025 tuition and academic schedules including the Immersions.
- Payment period for corporates: June 10th ~ 25th, 2024 (2 weeks)

4. 2024-2025 Academic Schedule will be announced by mid-April.

5. Immersion Program (Overseas courses)

Additional guidance will be provided after confirmation of the academic schedule.

- Immersion 1 period: August 5th ~ August 9th or August 12th ~ August 16th

- Flight tickets: Individual purchase

- Accommodation information will be provided in June-July (group rate, individual booking)
