Students earn their MBA degrees by attending two evening classes per week for two years. The Professional MBA Program offers courses in 6-week or 3-week modules, and students earn 1.5 credits by taking one course. Students can take two courses during a 6-week module, but only one course during a 3-week module. 

This unique system helps students to build their expertise in business areas step by step.

Professional MBA students hone their skills and build their global competitiveness by taking courses in the sequence of Core Courses, Electives, and Global Immersion Program.

Required Curriculum

This course covers a number of topics, including power, political behavior, social networks, and leadership. Upon completing the course, you will be able to diagnose organizational problems and implement effective managerial interventions to address them. 

The course enables you to apply a multidisciplinary perspective as a general manager, regardless of your current and future industry or position. 

The course aims to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the global business environment. It introduces the most fundamental concepts in macroeconomics and international economics that underpin the global economy.

The course will provide students with a remarkably useful and essential set of business math concepts and methods for understanding and analyzing individuals’ and firms’ economic decisions.

This course aims to equip participants with a solid understanding of the major concepts and frameworks for assessing and formulating marketing strategies. 

In this course, students study basic concepts of financial accounting with a focus on accounting cycle, transaction analysis, and preparation of financial statements, i.e., balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows. Students also study basic elements of managerial accounting with a focus on cost-volume-profit (CVP) analysis and its use for decision making. In the end, this part will help students become familiar with basic concepts and terminologies of financial accounting and how to use accounting information for managers’ decision making in a variety of contexts. 

The objective of this course is to introduce both the theory and practice of corporate finance as the foundations for further subjects in finance. The first part of the course focuses on the NPV and IRR rules within the context of the capital budgeting decisions. In the latter part of the course, the material is concerned with the corporate financing decisions. Other corporate issues like leasing and mergers will also be discussed.

Machine learning (ML) has given rise to countless artificial intelligence (AI) applications across industries. This course covers central ideas underpinning supervised ML technology, enabling students to understand the conceptual basis for many AI products and services. We approach technical aspects of machine learning from a production perspective, covering various stages in the AI development life cycle. The technical and conceptual material is supplemented with AI use cases, demonstrating how ML methods are applied in different industries. We also cover current applied research on the early impact of Generative AI on worker and firm productivity. Throughout the course we emphasize ethical issues surrounding AI development and deployment.

This course examines the use of artificial intelligence and data analytics to support business decision-making and create competitive advantage. Topics include predictive analytics, machine learning applications, data-driven strategy, and AI-enabled business transformation. Emphasis is placed on managerial insights and real-world business applications across industries.

This course is designed to familiarize the students with the basic elements of financial planning, reporting, and control functions based on the financial accounting information.

The purpose of this course is to provide frameworks and tools to solve strategic-level marketing problems.

The goal of this course is to equip students with the skills to communicate a specific message in a memorable, actionable way. 

Elective Curriculum

This course introduces frameworks and tools for understanding and improving customer experiences across the customer journey. Students will learn how firms leverage customer data, quantitative models, and emerging technologies such as large language models (LLMs) and AI to solve customer problems, identify market opportunities, and create customer value.

The course covers the dynamic interactions between corporate management, corporate directors, and outside investors in determining both the firm’s asset portfolio and its financing strategies

The course will discuss the roles of venture capital and private equity firms in capital markets and examine several key issues and risks faced by these institutions, entrepreneurs, and investors.

The goal of this course is to cover various concepts, principles, and issues related to human resource management (HRM) in an organization. This course helps you build critical thinking abilities to satisfaction and firm performance. 

This course covers the basic concepts of Creating Shared Value (CSV) by understanding the role of business in society. The case in the course demonstrates the power of companies of all sizes, especially multinationals, to gain a competitive advantage by achieving large-scale social impact. 

The purpose of this course is to assess the applicability of strategy concepts and frameworks in the context of Korea, with a particular focus on corporate strategy. 

This course covers theories and processes of negotiation, negotiation strategies, contextual factors in negotiation, and other issues.

The course content includes tried-and-true business practices as well as important current findings in relevant fields such as marketing, behavioral economics, psychology, and price theory. 

Students will participate in teams, each team operating its own simulated global business. Each team will formulate and implement strategies to create shareholder value for its corporation across all functional lines. The students will gain proficiency in applying analytical skills as they lead their corporation over several simulated years.

Virtually all decisions involved in developing an effective marketing mix for a product or service rely on in-depth knowledge of consumers who comprise the target market. The objective of this course is to examine the basics of consumer psychology and behavior and to provide you with approaches and skills to have a better understanding of consumers.

Specialization Track

Professional MBA students can choose a specialization from Finance, Marketing, Management, and AI & Business Analytics. Pursuing a track is optional and is not a degree requirement. Students have to take at least six courses in a particular area to qualify for that specialization.

Finance Track

Marketing Track
