Business Analytics MBA students from SKK GSB at Sungkyunkwan University recently participated in a Global Field Trip Study in Taiwan.

With visits to several firms, students explored business in Taiwan. They engaged with GIGABYTE, a leading global computer hardware company, to discuss topics such as "Innovating Beyond Hardware: GIGABYTE’s Journey into AI and Digital Transformation."

Another program highlight was a visit to National Chengchi University (NCCU), where students attended an insightful lecture titled "Doing Business in Taiwan." They had time to interact with NCCU MBA students to compare Korean and Taiwanese work cultures.

A standout moment was a company visit to New Deantronics, an international medical device technology manufacturer.

Students also visited Quanta, which is the largest notebook computer ODM company in the world, where they learned more about how they transformed from manufacturing powerhouse to smart solutions.

"Through this Global Field Trip Study to Taipei, we could not only explore Taiwanese global companies, but also have an invaluable opportunity for interaction with NCCU MBA students," said Jangho Park (BA MBA 2025).

여러 기업을 방문하며 학생들은 대만의 비즈니스를 직접 탐구할 수 있었습니다. 세계적인 컴퓨터 하드웨어 선도 기업인 GIGABYTE를 찾아 "Innovating Beyond Hardware: GIGABYTE's Journey into AI and Digital Transformation"이라는 주제로 의견을 나눴습니다.

또 국립정치대학 (NCCU)을 방문해 학생들은 "대만에서 비즈니스 하기"라는 제목의 유익한 강의를 들었습니다. 이어 NCCU MBA 학생들과 교류하며 한국과 대만의 직장 문화를 비교하는 시간을 가졌습니다.

특히 국제 의료기기 기술 제조사인 New Deantronics 방문이 인상적이었습니다.

또한 세계 최대 노트북 ODM 기업인 콴타(Quanta)를 방문해, 이들이 제조 강자에서 스마트 솔루션 기업으로 전환한 과정을 배웠습니다.

박장호(BA MBA 2025) 학생은 "이번 대만 Global Field Trip Study를 통해 대만의 글로벌 기업들을 탐방할 수 있었을 뿐 아니라, NCCU MBA 학생들과 소중한 교류의 기회를 가질 수 있었습니다"라고 전했습니다.
